Responsibilities
- Direct, lead and support other engineering and skilled personnel in managing and executing projects.
- Managing daily planning for project sites.
- Check technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
- Prepare T&Cs, OMM, cost estimates and ensure appropriate materials and tools are available.
- Organize materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
- Prepare work schedules and allocate resources, as well as supervise junior engineers, workers, and contractors.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct on site investigations and analyse data (reports, tests, drawing and other).
- Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.
- Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
- Ensuring all health and safety (QHS) and sustainability policies and legislations are adhered to.
- Prepare site reports, project meeting minute and other paperwork.
- Document processes and present project progress updates to the Project Manager.
- Prepare the Operation Maintenance Manual including the documentation of equipment list, maintenance, catalogue, testing and commissioning and as-built drawing.
Requirements
- ITE/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering related field
- M&E services & AutoCAD knowledge
- At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Experience in Data Centre, good financial and budget control will be an advantage
- Project management and supervision skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Good planning and coordinating skills
- Resourceful, supportive, problem-solving, committed
