Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Production Planning and Scheduling:Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, logistics, and sales to align production plans.
Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in demand or production issues.
- Resource Management:Manage human resources by planning and coordinating labor needs, including hiring, training, and supervising production staff.
Oversee the maintenance and efficient use of equipment and machinery.
Ensure availability and optimal use of raw materials and resources.
- Quality Control:Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure products meet specifications and industry standards in precision engineering field.
Monitor production processes and make adjustments to improve quality and efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections and quality audits.
- Budget and Cost Control:Develop and manage the production budget, ensuring that production costs are kept within budget.
Analyze production costs and identify areas for cost reduction.

Promote a safe working environment by implementing safety protocols and conducting regular safety training.
Address and resolve safety concerns promptly.

Utilize lean manufacturing techniques and other best practices to streamline production processes.
Encourage a culture of continuous improvement among production staff.
- Reporting and Documentation:Maintain accurate production records and reports.

Prepare and present production reports to senior management.
- Communication and Coordination:Act as a liaison between production and other departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Address and resolve production-related issues and conflicts.
Communicate production goals and objectives to the production team.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
