Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct market research to evaluate property values and competition.
- Generate leads and build a client database through networking and marketing efforts.
- Arrange and accompany clients for property viewings.
- Negotiate and close property transactions.
- Provide professional advice and guidance to clients throughout the buying, selling, and renting process.
- Stay updated on the latest real estate trends and market conditions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and other industry professionals.
- Manage and update property listings.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) certification is required.
- At least 2 – 3 years property sales experience.
