Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer, screen and transfer all incoming calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Greet, welcome and direct visitors to appropriate personnel or the assigned meeting room when there are inside our premises.
- Prepare refreshment for visitors.
- Ensure a clean and well-maintained reception area and meeting room.
- Ensure that the meeting room is prepared before meeting.
- Handle courier services, incoming and outgoing mails.
- Ensure the parcels and packages delivered to the company shall be received by the recipient.
- Handle purchases and inventory for stationeries, pantry and cleaning items.
- Monitor and arrange routine maintenance services.
- Perform general administrative duties.
- Ad-hoc duty as assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
- At least GCE “O” Level or NITEC or Diploma
Job Requirements:
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience in a Receptionist or Customer Services role.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Pleasant personality, meticulous, responsible, positive working attitude.
- Good communication and warm hospitality.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Able to communicate with team members.
- Ability to plan and meet deadlines and prioritize tasks assigned.
- Knowledge and ability on logistics arrangements.
- Multilingual will be an added advantage.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice will be an added advantage.
