Responsibilities:
- Adopt developmentally appropriate teaching, learning approaches and resources to meet the needs of children with various needs and create quality learning environments.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to enhance child and family outcomes.
- Deliver interventions using appropriate methods, tools and technologies to support learning under supervision.
- Deliver lessons for classes.
- Develop lesson plans and teaching materials.
- Identify areas of improvements for family and community initiatives and programmes.
- Identify potential intervention methods, tools, and technologies based on emerging trends.
- Implement classroom management strategies.
- Prepare case files, reports and closure of cases.
- Propose new teaching and learning approaches.
- Review children's learning progress, goals and family priorities.
- Support the development of outreach activities to create awareness on centre programmes and services.
- Support the implementation of centre, family and community initiatives and programmes.
- Participate in various organisation’s initiatives & events
- Strong interest and commitment in working with individuals with special needs (e.g. Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability)
- Flexible to work shifts for Part-time Educator

Requirements:
- Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess a good command of spoken and written English
- Priority will be given to individuals with experience in Special Needs Education. On the job training will be provided.
