Roles and Responsibilities
- To drive and champion our ambition as a credible leader in infant and adult nutrition
- To manage a team of Healthcare Nutrition Solutions Executives and manage a group of key Healthcare Professionals in the territory assigned
- To uncover the healthcare customer’s (HCPs) needs and to provide suitable nutritional solutions. You will also need to gain Healthcare Professionals recommendation/endorsement for our range of products
- To ensure plans and activities are implemented effectively to achieve the function goals and objectives.
- To create a high-performing team, addressing Healthcare Professionals in a tightly regulated environment and keeping constant contact with key customers and Key Opinion Leaders
Requirements
1. Education
- A degree in Nutrition/Dietetics
- well versed with current issues related to infant nutrition and food science
2. Skills needed
- high level of computer literacy
- possess in-depth knowledge of the industry, products, business environment and best practices
3. Experience needed
- minimum 2 to 5 years in a supervisory position or have experience in leading work groups
- knowledge and experience in Baby and Adult is preferred
