Job Description
- Oversee the complete set of accounts, including financial record management, general ledger maintenance, and handling accounts payable and receivable.
- Generate and interpret precise monthly financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Perform credit assessments for new and existing clients, ensuring adherence to credit policies and risk management standards.
- Proactively monitor and manage overdue accounts, implementing effective credit control strategies to reduce risk and maintain client relationships.
- Engage in debt recovery for overdue client accounts and collaborate with internal departments to resolve outstanding invoices and payment discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and tax obligations, preparing and submitting the required documentation.
- Responsible for budget planning and support the executive management team with financial insights and advice.
- Manage the team by overseeing the monitoring and access eligibility of disbursements and internal claims.
The Successful Applicant
- Over 6 years of experience in independent accounting management within entity enterprises.
- Experience in budget planning and final account management.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, tax requirements, and credit policies.
- Proficient in cash flow management.
- Experience in bank account opening and account management.
- Experienced in collections and managing accounts receivable for overdue payments.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
