Job Description:
- General Administrative and Clerical support
- Set document control, retrieval and standardisation across the Company.
- Ensure the completeness and correctness of all documents pertaining to the project.
- Ensure timely processing & distribution of documents to concerned parties when necessary.
- Ensure that all documents are scanned and uploaded into project folder.
- Coordinate project office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Provide support to site and project teams during project execution and commissioning work.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum GCE "N" or GCE "O" Level
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience with at least 2 years in a admin support/operations support / site office project role role
- Experienced in construction site office admin support.
- Strong computer skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
