Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare management accounts and necessary schedules for corporate reporting and audit purposes;
- Prepare cash flow statements and financial ratios analysis for clients;
- Advise clients on accounting systems and internal control systems in compliance with the Singapore Financial Reporting Standard;
- Preparation of unaudited financial statements for private limited companies, Directors’ Statement, and notes to the financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards;
- Assist in the handling of accounting queries from clients and auditors.
Requirements:
- At least a diploma or currently pursuing ACCA, Singapore CA Qualification, or CPA Australia.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience providing accounting, tax, or corporate secretarial services in a Corporate Service Provider firm will be an advantage.
- Must have the ability to work independently.
