Scope
- Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Develop cost estimates for tender and project, considering project specifications, prevailing market rates, and labor costs.
- Contract Administration: Prepare and review contract documents, tender documents, and bills of quantities in accordance with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) guidelines and Singapore's regulatory framework.
- Procurement Management: Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and/or consultants for the procurement of materials, equipment, and services, ensuring optimal cost efficiency and quality control.
Requirements
- Degree for Quantity Surveying or equivalent / Sustainable Infrastructure in Building Services
- Knowledge in modern modelling take off software is an added advantage
- Strong literacy in English and willing to learn in a changing industry.
