Our client, a well established MNC is currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team.
Salary: $2500 Basic + 3 Months Bonus
Work Days: 5 Days (8:30am to 6pm)
Work Location: Toh Guan Road East (near Jurong East MRT Station)
Duties:
• Perform data entry of receipts from customers’ payment.
• Prepare and send Statement of Accounts to customers.
• Process and record miscellaneous invoices.
• Data entry of supplier (PO) invoices.
• Perform various administrative duties to support the team.
Requirements:
• Nitec / Diploma in Accountancy / Business Admin
• 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel and Sage 300 Accounting module
• Responsible and well organized
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice
• Singaporean only need apply
