Job Description:
· Ensure that all the delivery in and out and production documents are recorded properly and input into our in house inventory system.
· To be fully in in charge of the inventory control, involve in the mid and year end stock take documentation and stock reconciliation. Maintain record of all the materials at the jobsite in order as part of inventory control.
· In charge of attendance in the HRM system for factory staff only
· Support simple IT function, e.g. set up of computer, software installation and take care of the server.
· Monitor and control the factory areas such as pantry, toilets, factory offices and order beverage for the staff.
· Manage general administration matters in the factory and provide support to the factory staff.
· Prepare company memos and announcement related to factory issues and other ad hoc task
Job Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years working experience in inventory control.
· Proficient in MS Excel, meticulous and conscientious
· Strong team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
· Able to work independently
· Experience in Construction Industry would be an advantage
· Communicate bilingually in Chinese and English.
