Sales & Marketing:
- Identify, cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are constantly met or exceeded.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to maximize revenue and profitability across diverse markets.
- Always be proactive in seeking and securing new business opportunities within the seafood industry.
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets assigned.
- Deliver excellent sales presentations that highlight the unique value proposition of our products.
Customer Service & Support:
- Maintain exceptional relationships with existing clients, providing excellent service and support.
- Promptly address customer inquiries and concerns,demonstrating a commitment to their satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential stock issues to prevent wastage or product unavailability
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Leverage market insights to adapt sales strategies and identify, understand our customer needs, analyzing market gaps, and utilizing data analysis techniques to uncover business opportunities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand our market reach.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to inform business decisions and strategic planning.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What you take to succeed:
-Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in F&B industry
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in both English and Chinese.
-Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
-Result oriented and a self-motivated individual with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
-Organized, strong time management and problem-solving skills.
