The Accounts and Admin Assistant reports to the Senior Executive to support the finance department in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department.
Job Description
- Responsible for accounts duties - Account Payables, Account Receivables, Bank Reconciliation and various monthly management report.
- Prepare all payment vouchers, cash flow reports and quarterly GST report.
- Prepare monthly GL, balance sheet, profit or loss statement, and follow up on outstanding items
- Prepare accurate and timely closing of books for the month and financial reports.
- Prepare and ensure timely month end stock closing and rectify discrepancies.
- Ensure timely and accurate review of the work of the Officers, providing coaching and guidance
- Manage/Support ad-hoc Finance/Accounting related projects/ initiatives, as and when required
Requirement:
- Diploma / Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Good knowledge of ERP systems, MYOB, Project Management & MS Office
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to meet timeline and work under pressure
