Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily operations
- Managing staff
- Set up security policies for company and customer assets
- Ensuring positive cash flow and financial stability of the company
- Conducting sales and marketing activities to promote the company
- Ensuring storage spaces are fully let up within 12 months
- Finding new channels of revenue, such as creating a membership program and organising events
- Improving the performance of and increasing insurance revenue
- Enhancing logistics revenue
- Taking all necessary examinations related to the industry
- Creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all operations
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of managerial and industry experience
- High level of ethical standards and integrity in dealing with significant values of artworks and confidential information
- Good leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to foster a positive and productive work environment
- Familiarity and extensive experience in the fine art industry is preferred
- Able to work irregular hours
- Prior experience in the role will be an advantage
