As a Marketing Manager,he/she will be responsible for devising and implementing effective marketing strategies that enhance our brand image while also driving sales growth. His/her ability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity will be crucial in developing innovative campaigns that target our core audience. He/She will work closely with our creative team to produce high-quality content, including social media posts, email marketing, and advertising materials. His/her leadership and communication skills will be essential in managing vendor relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and presenting marketing plans to senior management. He/she must be a seasoned marketing professional who possesses a deep understanding of the food and beverage industry, a data-driven mindset, and a proven track record of executing successful marketing initiatives.
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive sales growth and revenue for the cafe.
2. Supervise and manage a team of marketing professionals, while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
3. Conduct market research to gather insights and inform effective marketing strategies and tactics.
4. Create and manage budgets for marketing campaigns, ensuring maximized ROI and cost efficiency.
5. Design and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engines.
6. Work closely with our culinary team to develop and promote new menu items and seasonal specials.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as media outlets, community organizations, and influential bloggers and influencers.
8. Develop and manage partnerships and sponsorships with relevant brands to increase brand awareness and equity.
9. Monitor and analyze competition and industry trends to anticipate and capitalize on opportunities.
10. Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer database, utilizing insights to personalize and enhance the customer experience.
12. Implement and oversee loyalty and retention programs to increase customer lifetime value and loyalty.
