The Household SUrveyor is responsible for conducting household surveys, ensuring participant feedback is successfully captured with compliance to set guidelines and resolving any related issues. This role will also maintain effective communication with a range of stakeholders including survey teams, respondents and related internal teams.
You will be part of the Data Collection team to conduct large-scale national surveys. In this role, you will be exposed to a full spectrum of learning experiences such as practical hands-on application of concepts that will be introduced via formal training, as well as interactions with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Complete survey via phone and field visit
- Schedule interview appointments with respondents
- Conduct data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
- Resolve escalated issues from interviewers and respondents
- Data entry for completed surveys
- Status update report to supervisor
- Deliver highest level of customer experience and ensure a good survey experience
- Any other ad-hoc duties
- 5 days work week, across Mondays to Sundays
- Based on rostering - Different shift timing (AM / PM) Corporate sim card will be provided for making outbound calls however corporate phone will not be provided by the company.
