- Industry/ Organization Type: Wholesale Trading
- Position Title: Logistics Supervisor / Warehouse Supervisor
- Working Location: Tuas (Nearest MRT: Tuas Link)
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri 7.30 am – 4.30 pm, Sat 7.30 am – 11.30 am)
- Salary Package: Up to $3,000 + Mobile Allowance + Attendance Allowance + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations including customer order entries and communicate delivery arrangements and status.
- Supervise warehouse staff and oversee daily activities.
- Physical work required to facilitate deliveries during tight schedules.
- Coordinate with suppliers and transportation team for delivery plans.
- Monitor and order supplies to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Verify orders, bills, received items, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
- Maintain inventory records, report relevant information, and prepare necessary documentation.
- Ensure adherence to basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct daily inspections of warehouse grounds.
- Perform any additional duties assigned as needed.

- Must be physically fit as need to lift heavy item (up to 25kg).
- Able to commit to work on Saturdays.
