Responsibilities:
- Ensure projects meet internal and client standards for quality, budget, and timelines, while complying with Workplace Safety Health (WSH) regulations.
- Liaise with various departments to optimize project management and execution.
- Uphold thorough project documentation to mitigate claims and ensure accessibility of relevant materials.
- Cultivate positive relationships with on-site stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Compliance with quality standards and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders regarding project scheduling and requirements.
- Perform monitoring with the project cash flow and submit payment claims in a timely manner.
- Assess and approve WSH documentation to ensure safe work practices.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field.
- With 1-3 years of experience in Industrial Products project management
- Min 1 year of Supervisor role.
- Proficiency in Quality Management Systems.
