1) Minimum 5 years as Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with experience in supervision of Precast Bathroom Unit (PBU) and Curtain Wall System.
2) Registered with IES/ACES as Resident Technical Officer.
3) Preferably with experience in high end condominium projects.
4) Experience in inspecting defects and rectification works during post TOP period.
5) Carry out full time supervision for construction works in architectural, M&E and structural discipline in accordance to BCA approved structural drawings in compliance to Building and Control Act and regulations.
6) Check that requirements of specifications in regards to materials and workmanship are complied with the project specifications by Architects/ Engineers.
7) Inspection / Supervision of sample tests for materials and workmanship, etc.
8) Inspection of Defects & Non-conformance and to issue instructions for rectifications.
9) Work under the direction of RE, PE and Architect for site organisation, allocation of duties and tasks and coordinate with Architect for M&E services and structural design that affects architectural and ID works.

11) Check architectural and ID works and intent of design details are followed. To notify Architect of any design intent conflicts and quality variations, illegal works.
12) Keeping records of work and reporting to Consultant.
13) Attending Client/Consultant's site meeting and technical meeting if required by Client / Consultant / RE.
14) Vet and signoff inspection forms and quality related issues including all dry-lays, trade demonstrations, method of statements, mock-ups, defects inspection and rectification follow-up to sign-off, M&E testing and commissioning, handover to client.
15) Monitoring builder’s site management.
16) Duties related to obtaining TOP/CSC/DLP.
