Job Description:
· Answering incoming phone calls and attending to visitors
· Provide general office administrative support, including involvement in office equipment maintenance, and order office supplies.
· Responsible for hotel reservation & booking of air-ticket.
· Handling petty cash claims
· Monthly update for Project Assignment
· Send and follow-up on Client Feedback Survey for on-going & completion project
· Managing corporate passes
· Manage the registration process for training courses for workers
· Work permit renewal
· Dormitory arrangement for the workers and service apartments arrangements
· Handle workers’ timesheet.
· Update workers, Supervisors and Tea Ladies leave application
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Words & PowerPoint)
- Good interpersonal skills with multi-tasking abilities
- Able to work independently.
- At least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- GCE O Levels or any Diploma.
