- Overseeing and directing projects to completion stage.
- Ensure projects are completed within the expected time, cost & quality .
- Coordinate with relevant parties to manage progress of the project to ensure effective project delivery.
- Lead team to manage project operations, schedule and specifications.
- Manage operational cost to keep cost within the budget.
- Manage subcontractors’ activities to ensure compliance of contract requirements.
- Monitor compliance of work with the workplace safety and health regulations.
- Monitor quality of project delivery to make sure they meet project requirements and regulations.
- Plan and organize daily and weekly manpower or resources allocation to ensure smooth day to day site operation.
- To coordinate with site supervisors, workers, vendors, sub-contractors to ensure projects are completed according to specifications, quality standards, cost and time frame.
- Attend site kick off and weekly progress meetings or any ad-hoc meetings when required.
- Responsible for manpower and progress reporting on daily & weekly basis.
- Supervise daily site activities
