- Serve as the primary contact for addressing any immediate supply chain disruptions, offering administrative support across forecasting, purchasing, inventory, and logistics.
- Foster robust relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and local partners to ensure high service quality and support for expedited service recovery when necessary.
- Oversee the inventory planning for assigned product categories which encompasses stock replenishment, purchase order management, and communication with relevant parties.
- Assist in the launch and phase-out of products, manage claims for damaged or incomplete deliveries, and ensure inventory levels align with safety stock requirements.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies to maintain accuracy and integrity, analyze business risks and opportunities, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Perform forecast accuracy checks, provide insights on trends, and work with the commercial team to enhance demand forecasting, thereby improving supply chain efficiency and customer service.
- Engage in continuous improvement efforts to reduce market returns, minimize waste, and drive initiatives that contribute to commercial objectives.
- Explore collaborative supply chain opportunities with external entities, handle additional assigned duties, and offer support to colleagues when necessary.
Requirement
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Science, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or similar.
- Min. 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry (supply chain, planning, operations)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience on SAP
- Good communication skills and strong team player; Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Strong customer service orientation; Ability to work cross-functionally to meet business needs.
