Jobs Description
- Assist in preparing and updating documents for construction projects.
- Handling day-to-day client queries and following up on action items.
- Prepare and send out of quotations, follow up with client and schedule confirmed job.
- Liaise and scheduling for contract servicing between client, on-site personnel & project managers.
- Participate in meetings, assist with scheduling and implement new procedures as needed.
- Maintains proper filing systems and record.
Qualification
- Minimum 1 years relevant experience.
- Proficient in using basic MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint.)
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
- Able to multi-task, meticulous, committed and good team player.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
