Working Hours –5.5 days
Mon- Fri (9 a.m. - 6pm), Sat – (9 a.m. - 1 p.m.)
Responsibilities:
- Regularly visit existing and new specialist doctors to establish rapport and develop business opportunities
- Develop and execute marketing strategy and projects from start to finish
- Build relationships with channel suppliers for lasting partnerships
- Communicate and ensure timely rollout of marketing plans
- Research demand for products/services and develop plans accordingly
- Analyze competitors and pricing
- Identify potential customer segments (B2C and B2B)
- Develop promotional packages
- Compile lists describing product offerings
- Build brand awareness and positioning
- Generate new business opportunities with doctors for our surgery center
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience, preferably with a day surgery center (Managers with more experience will be considered)
- Diploma in business or marketing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in customer service and/or healthcare industry
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated with a drive to introduce new doctors to the center
