Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's strategic plan for expanding market share in blockchain infrastructure, software development, and hardware sales.
- Proactively identify and forge new business partnerships, oversee client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics, and recommend innovative solutions to meet challenges and seize market opportunities.
- Work closely with product and technology teams to align business objectives with product developments, incorporating market feedback.
- Craft and deliver business proposals to potential clients, engage in negotiations to establish agreements that are advantageous to both parties.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to boost its presence and influence in the Web3 space.
- Manage the company’s social media presence to engage audiences and enhance brand visibility.
Job Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in market development and sales in blockchain, cryptocurrency, finance, or similar tech-driven fields.
- Deep interest and robust understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including blockchain technology and market trends.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals effectively.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Superior interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of engaging effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work autonomously and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Computer Science, Technology Finance, or a related field.
