Client is seeking a talented Application Analyst to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be involved in a range of projects aimed at improving data management and system performance.
Job Scope:
- Evaluate the current system, identify customer requirements, and define future state solutions or business models.
- Understand end-to-end system implementation including analyse, design, testing and deployment of application.
- Lead or support system integration test case creation.
- Participate in data migration and ETL processes to ensure efficient data handling.
- Optimize database performance and query efficiency.
- Analyze business models, design processes, and integrate technology solutions.
- Conduct research, gather data, and synthesize information for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with QA engineers to validate implementation aligns with user stories.
- Ensure goals, scope, and product domains are clearly understood by the team.
- Lead discussions on scope and manage changes effectively.
- Manage dependencies within the team and across agile squads.
- Assist the team in understanding the importance of clear and concise product backlog items.
- Guide the team to develop high-quality products.
- Clarify scope and intent of user stories for developers during sprints.
Job Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
- Proficient in ASP.net, C#, Java, Python, open-source ETL tools, SQL databases, data analysis, and migration.
- Experience in Full Stack Software Development.
- Experience liaising with business users and external parties for product management.
- Relevant experience in e-commerce or internet technology sectors.
- Ability to quickly understand domain-specific knowledge and work with business analysts, Scrum Masters, and product owners to drive pragmatic delivery decisions, control scope, and prioritize work.
- Experience in system analysis, business process design, and functional design.
