We are currently on a lookout for passionate individuals to join us as an HR Officer / Executive.
The candidate reports to the HR Manager and will assist the Manager to manage the full spectrum of HR functions.
He / She shall be tasked to carry out the following duties:
- Full spectrum of employment life cycle administration such as managing and handling employees’ records in the HR system
- Talent Management (Recruitment & Retention)
- Employee Engagement & Relations Communication
- Staff Benefits & Recognition Programme
- HR Business Partnering and working closely with the department managers to provide relevant advice pertaining to HR issues and provide support to various key HR initiatives
- Administer training-related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc
- Preparation of monthly payroll payouts and salary reports
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or relevant qualification
- HR certification (e.g., IHRP) is an added advantage
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a HR full spectrum professional
- Experienced in using AGHRM system and/or system migration advantageous
- Good knowledge and understanding of Singapore employment laws & Singapore company practices
- Good communication and positive working attitude
- Strong organizational and time management (multi-tasking) skills
- Good team player with the ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Responsible and meticulous with an eye for details.
- Candidate who can start in short notice or immediately advantageous
