Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support
· Handle calls from corporate clients
· Keep accurate and compete records consistent with regulations, policies, and procedures.
· Organise and prioritise own workload to ensure provision of quality services.
Requirements:
· Able to start work Immediately
· Min. A level/Diploma or higher
· Customer-oriented and possess excellent telephone etiquette
· Having basic computer knowledge would be advantageous
