Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
• Responsible in handling Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Prepare payments to suppliers
• Assist in cashflow planning, ensure accurate update of bank records and reconciliation
• Prepare monthly GST return and assist in general accounting related duties
• Assist in monthly general ledger journals, schedules and closing activities
• Support the finance department by performing data entry and managing general ledger postings.
• Handle day-to-day office and admin duties like collect mails from letter boxes, filling, etc.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
• Minimum O Level, Certified in Accountancy, Business Studies, or its equivalent
• Experience in full set of accounts (SAP B1) will be an advantage
• Able to work under tight datelines
• Meticulous & possess good attitude to learn
• Mature, self-motivated, independent and able to multi-tasks
• Competent in MS Office
• Good communication skills & able to work independently
• Well-organized with ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Meticulous with an eye for details and accuracy
• Responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Training will be provided
Additional Information:
· Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
· Salary Range: S$2000
