Job Description:
- Develop and execute the company's strategic plan to expand market share in blockchain infrastructure, software development, and hardware sales.
- Proactively identify and cultivate new business partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics, proposing innovative solutions to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with product and technology teams to align business objectives with product development, integrating market feedback.
- Create and present business proposals to prospective clients, engaging in negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance its presence and influence in the Web3 space.
- Manage the company’s social media presence to interact with audiences and increase brand visibility.
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in market development and sales within blockchain, cryptocurrency, finance, or related tech-driven sectors.
- Deep understanding and keen interest in the Web3 ecosystem, including blockchain technology and market trends.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven track record of successfully closing deals.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with internal teams and external partners.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt to changes in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Computer Science, Technology Finance, or a related field.
