Our client is a Logistics MNC, providing comprehensive logistics solutions to various industries. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Account Management Manager (Sales) to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute corporate sales strategies.
- Identify Expand the target customer base and industry segments.
- Coordinate meetings (with internal and vendor) to create effective solutions.
- Identify, develop, and promote service and solution offerings to customers and prospects.
- Determine and create pricing and business models based on customer requirements.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients.
- Deliver corporate presentations and lead sales meetings.
- Address and resolve customer objections.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
- Provide timely and accurate market and customer insights.
- Compile and submit detailed sales reports and analyses.
- Present performance metrics to clients and management.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Manage accounts receivable collections and resolve outstanding debts.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management / Business Administration or relevant equivalent field of study.
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience.
