Responsibilities include :-
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central, including project scoping, planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Work collaboratively with project teams to guarantee Client satisfaction and project success.
• Work with clients to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates of Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Participate in pre-sales presentations and demonstrations on an ad hoc basis.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and user manuals.
• Functional Expertise : Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central modules - modules – Finance, Purchase, Sales, Manufacturing, Jobs and Resources.
Certifications:-
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate is preferred.
Experience Role essentials :-
• 8+ years of experience in a Lead Functional Consultant role
• Background:- Demonstratable experience in a Functional Consultant Role
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively present and defend point of view.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills with a focus on delivering high quality solution – every time.
