Job Responsibilities:
- Running personal errands such as buying meals & online shopping
- Day-to-day secretarial support: Managing calendars & meetings, scheduling appointments & travel arrangements, filing of documentations including expense claims etc
- Communication management: Handle incoming calls and confidential documents
- Event assistance: Working together with other secretarial colleagues to ensure success of off-site events
- Assist in any other adhoc admin work as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a personal secretary / executive administrator / office administrator in Banking / Financial industry
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Good time management skills & able to work in a fast-paced environment
