1. You shall assist the Operations Manager in the formulation of efficient and effective processes to respond to calls in a timely and accurate manner, while providing excellent customer service to callers.
2. You shall monitor and ensure that the KPls are met or exceeded.
3. You shall monitor service level performance and quality of service delivered by the team.
4. You are required to generate the team's monthly duty roster and manage manpower allocation.
5. You will be involved the Pre and Post Tender processes which includes tender administrations, competitive costing generation, tender submission, contract and operational management.
6. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor
