Our client is a well established Healthcare & Laboratory Equipment company. They are currently looking for a QC Laboratory Technician to join their expanding team.
Salary: up to Basic $3,000 + Meal Provided + Transport Allowance
Work Days: 5 Days (8am to 4:45pm from Mon to Fri)
Work Location: Boon Lay (near Boon Lay MRT Station)
Work Terms: Full-Time Permanent
Responsibilities:
• Ensure all laboratory tests are well managed and performed including testing on raw materials, intermediates and finished products.
• Ensure all laboratory instruments and equipment are maintained and calibrated.
• Manage the inventory of quality reference materials such as QC reagents and lab consumables.
• Prepare daily QC report, relevant work instructions and validation protocol or reports.
• Ensure documents and quality records are maintained for easy retrieval.
• Manage operations towards timely support to meet factory analytical request.
• Develop training to build quality and safety awareness.
• To maintain cleanliness of laboratory and glassware.
• Handle administration work of factory when required.
Requirements:
• Min Nitec / Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years experience in handling wet chemistry and laboratory management
• Preferably (not a must) with knowledge on ISO9000, ISO 13485 and ISO14001 Quality Management knowledge and current Good clinical/ laboratory/ manufacturing/ pharmaceutical practices (cGXP)
• No colour blindness and willing to stand while doing lab work
• Strong troubleshooting skills with various analytical instruments
• Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive working attitude with sense of urgency
• Able to work independently as well as an effective team player
• Self-driven and motivated to improve processes
