Responsibilities:
- Establish and execute quality control plans for piping projects.
- Assess engineering drawings and project specifications to ensure compliance with standards.
- Keep track of quality control measures throughout the projects.
- Execute visual and dimensional examinations of piping components.
- Oversee non-destructive testing techniques like radiography and ultrasonics.
- Perform hydrostatic and pneumatic tests on piping systems.
- Validate materials through receiving inspections and proper storage.
- Keep monitoring of the welding procedures and coordinate examinations of welded seams.
- Maintain detailed records of inspection activities and provide quality reports.
- Coordinate with project teams to address quality issues and communicate with stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and investigate non-conformities to implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Previous experience in base build piping fabrication, welding inspections, hook-up module fabrication.
- With understanding of Isometric drawings and experience with piping line walks and reinstatement inspections.
