Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the company's strategic plans and business objectives to ensure continuous growth and development.
Lead and supervise the daily operations of various departments, ensuring efficient and compliant operational processes.
Expand and maintain business relationships in international markets, identifying new business opportunities.
Manage and optimize the company’s financial and human resources to ensure effective resource utilization.
Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics, adjusting the company’s market strategies accordingly.
Establish and maintain excellent client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Represent the company in key business activities and meetings, enhancing the company’s brand image and visibility.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, International Trade, Finance, or related fields.
At least 15 years of experience in international business services or related industries, with a minimum of 5 years in a management role.
Proven leadership and team management skills, capable of motivating and leading teams to achieve goals.
Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, with a track record of effective strategy and action plan development in complex business environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
Extensive knowledge of international markets and cross-cultural work experience, able to work effectively in a diverse environment.
Fluency in English and Chinese, with strong bilingual communication and writing skills.
