Job Summary
Reporting directly to the General Secretary (GS), the ideal candidate shall display a versatile and highly organised ability to perform personalised administrative duties for the executive office. As an experienced Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our executive team's day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings, making travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks to support the executives in their roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing high-level administrative support in a fast-paced environment. In addition, the Executive Assistant is also expected to exhibit excellent organizational skills and demonstrable experience in a secretarial role and work as the gatekeeper on matters that are required for the knowledge and consumption of the Council, GS and the senior management.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Review all processes relating to information flow to the executive office so as to streamline further, the administrative and operational aspects of the organisation.
• Provide secretarial support to President/Exco, where necessary.
• Responding to faxes, coordinate overseas logistical arrangements, etc.
• Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management, including with regional and global bodies like the FIFA, AFC and other football federations.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and other events, both internally and externally
• Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
