Responsibilities & Duties
- Day-to-Day management of properties
- Co-ordinate tenant fit-out works, additions and alterations work and reinstatement work
- Manage maintenance works to ensure the building facilities & equipment are in working condition
- Manage corporate administrative, regulatory compliance, quality control, inventory control and procurement
- Liaise and coordinate with contractors for repair and preventive maintenance of facility-related equipment
- Supervise and ensure term contractor carry out the routines and ad-hoc works in accordance to the Contract
- Manage complaints and feedback related to building and maintenance
- To support department with workplace safety & health matters
- Coordinates and assists in daily activities of Corporate Department
- Assisting in ISO auditing/ ConSASS and IMS Document Controller
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Possesses GCE ‘A’ Level/Diploma in any field
- Proficient with MS Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Software (e.g: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro) or equivalent editing software will be an added advantage
- Self-motivated, cooperative and able to work independently
- A good team player with outgoing personality; creative and innovative
- Relevant certificate in workplace safety & health and/or construction related certificate is preferred
- Relevant ISO auditor certificates
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior positions
