IT Manager (Full time/ Part time)
We are looking for an experienced and independent IT Managerwho will support the Management to lead the IT operations of the company.
- Manage organisation infrastructure (networks and computer systems), plan and implement technology roadmap to ensure optimal performance.
- Propose and execute IT-related strategies to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance overall system performance.
- Proactively review & address issues and/or propose solutions to mitigate risks and ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
- Review and negotiate hardware/software contracts/licensing issues including such renewals; collaborate with business partners or external vendors to troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve critical technical issues as when necessary.
- Liaise with cloud service provider and vendors to manage service level agreements, and vendor relationships.
- Review and work with vendors to assess, plan, co-ordinate and implement the appropriate technology changes, updates and refresh when equipment’s are reaching shelf-life.
- Recommend and execute new digital or technology tools to improve organization processes and increase productivity.
- Oversees IT infrastructure and security including data protection and cloud management.
- Work with all levels of staff within the organization to troubleshoot and resolve IT related issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in information technology/computer science with at least 8 years of onsite IT hands-on experience and at least 2 years at the management level.
- Good knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and of computer hardware/software systems.
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a positive attitude, capable of handling challenges and resolving them effectively.
