Your new role
- Authorize, validation, repair and execution of Inbound-Outbound instructions (from customers/to depositories/agent)
- Contact depository, issuer, delivery/paying agents for reconciliation purposes or event clarifications
- Instruct and reconcile cash and/or securities discrepancies in a timely manner
- Support complex customer queries and take charge of investigations
- Escalate and report issues to Management
- Involvement in UAT, either in a supporting or full role
- Support any other tasks related to Corporate Actions
What you'll need to succeed
- 3 years of relevant operations experience
- Prior work experience in bank operations, able to read SWIFTs, familiar with equities/bonds
