You will be part of a team of HR in steering HR direction and support to business excellence. You shall provide support in full spectrum of HR functions in recruitment and selection, payroll, training and development, compensation and benefits, welfare, performance appraisals, induction, exit clearance etc.

Duties and Responsibilities shall include but not limited to:

  • Main point of contact for all employee relations matters
  • Assist in all recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities including employment passes, renewal/cancellation-related matters
  • Responsible for the preparation of letters, including but not limited to letters of appointment, confirmation, promotion, etc.
  • Maintain and update employees’ files and leave in the WhyzeHR system, ensure confidentiality of all HR documents
  • Attend recruitment events to solicit interest from external talent pools
  • Facilitate in the application and renewal of work passes
  • Assist with statutory reporting and surveys (e.g. LMS, OED, etc.)
  • Support in appraisal and simulations
  • Suggest improvements on existing HR policies and framework to support and resolve existing challenges
  • Involve in the implementation of new HR initiatives, projects, and policies that aligned with business strategy and in compliance with government regulations
  • Support the management of workplace issues and grievances
  • Undertake projects and ad-hoc assignments related to HR management from time to time
  • To ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Periodic plan and arrange company’s events and team-building activities
  • Provide support in the preparation of weekly/monthly manpower related report

Requirement:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • At least 2 years of experience as HR Generalist in F&B industry
  • Team player with “can-do” spirits
  • Ability to interpret and give advice on the application of Employment laws
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to develop effective working relationships with all levels
  • Experience in payroll processing will be an added advantage
  • Able to start work immediately or on short notice
