Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our dynamic culinary team. You will work closely with our Head Chef and the kitchen team to ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation, bringing our vision to life on every plate.
Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring timely and efficient service with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Maintain a pristine level of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, embodying our commitment to excellence.

- Ensure all food is stored, handled, and prepared according to the highest food safety standards.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and culinary excellence.

- Participate in daily prep work, including ingredient preparation and portion control, with a dedication to quality and precision.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-quality restaurant.
