Job Description
Manage full spectrum of purchasing process including but not limited to sourcing, quotation, negotiation, document filing and following up on the delivery schedules, etc.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods, receiving, issuing and distribution to respective staff, or job sites.
Maintain records of purchases, quantity, pricing, and other important data.
Job Specification
At least Diploma in related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in purchasing role. Experience with Singapore main contractor will be added advantage.
Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
Ability to communicate well with project teams and suppliers.
