Key Responsibilities
- Lead the academic and non-academic functions.
- Design and deliver annual academic priorities and strategies in line with the organisation’s business plan.
- Promote and support the mission, vision, and direction of One World International School.
- Develop and provide appropriate learning, curriculum programmes and methods of instruction.
- Work closely to understand student achievements, results, and feedback in the campus, and to identify areas for improvement.
- Evaluate teaching programmes’ relevancy and effectiveness relating to the development of students’ cognitive, physical, aesthetic, social, moral, and leadership capabilities.
- Develop, monitor, and review strategic plans and processes to best employ expertise, talent, and resources for the campus.
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager Admissions to increase admission numbers and strengthen the campus’s reputation.
- Work closely with the Operations Head to ensure smooth operations in the campus.
- Work closely with Human Resources for payroll, training and development and recruitment issues
- Work closely with Finance on budgeting and fees collection.
- Discuss the previous year’s data to determine trends and make predictions for the current year in terms of potential enrolment numbers and the various expenses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Education / Post Graduate Diploma in Education / Master's Degree in Education
- 15-20 Years of Senior Leadership experience.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in the IB Curriculum
