Responsibilities
- Administrative and office printing work including operation of office equipment such as printer and other office equipment, filing of document such as report book / student PDF records etc.
- General cleaning of general office, sick bay and printing room.
- Preparation of art materials for art lessons and cleaning of art materials and art rooms.
- Attending to pupil in sick-bay and front desk as well as supporting school events/activities.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by Principal, Vice-Principal or Administration Manager.
Requirements:
- Preferably have attended primary education.
- Minimum 1 year working experience preferably in primary school office administration.
Contract Period: From 1st July 2024 to 30th June 2025 with option to extend
Working hours:
Monday to Fridays: 7:30am to 12:00pm or 1:00pm to 5:30pm
Mainly work in the morning, however, the working hours may be subjected to changes according to school manpower needs.
