Duties and Job Description
- Acquire good product knowledge (will have product training conducted by RO & Team)
- Demonstrate efficiency and accuracy in executing daily procurement process in the short cycle time
- Responsible in assisting Purchasing Manager in executing daily procurement process
- Issuance of Purchase Order
- To work closely with suppliers and principal to ensure on-time delivery
- Prepare L/C and handle import shipping documents.
- Co-ordinate with warehouse & 3rdparty warehouse on incoming shipments.
- Process Goods Receipt in accordance to purchase order and submit to Finance for payment to suppliers
- Responsible in receiving and updating new certificates information
- Assist in sourcing locally for new product or replenish products
- Assist in handling and monitoring of claims to factories and vendors for defectives, shortage, missing parts
- Assist in updating of product information and supplier profile
- Any other work assigned by supervisor.
