- Position : M&E Manager (Building Construction/A1 Main Con/6 Days) - Up to 10,000 + Bonus
- Location : To Be Advised (Office located at Changi)
- Working hours : Monday to Saturday | 8am to 5pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $10,000 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager in supervising and coordinating all services and complete within programme.
- Work closely with clients and consultants on technical matters
- Coordinate M&E services work and work closely with other department staff to meet the project timelines
- Conduct detailed M&E coordination with all specialist contractors
- Attend progress/site/MEP meetings
- Ensure compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
- Ensure the quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are compiled
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in Main Contractor involving M&E works
- Good safety knowledge and attitude
- Ability to liaise with statutory authorities
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese associates who can only speak mandarin.
