Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the middle office to ensure seamless operations, enhancing our market effectiveness.
- Generate and disseminate daily reports.
- Oversee post-trade execution activities, including accurate trade entry into our systems and the efficient delivery of trade confirmations.
- Address and resolve trade discrepancies and queries promptly, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Maintain meticulous records of trade transactions, ensuring compliance and operational integrity.
- Build expertise in our product offerings to enhance operational support and client engagement.
- Help to facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and solidifying client relationships.
*Qualifications:*
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, or C++
- Basic knowledge of database management and SQL
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet.
- Demonstrate proactive attitude and a strong work ethic, willing to go the extra mile for team success.
